Update Financial Information

We offer two convenient options for updating your financial information:

  • Online in a secured environment. Simply log in to get started. Or,register now if you currently do not have an online account. Once you've logged in, click the "Update Your Financial Information" link.
  • Call Customer Service at (877) 867-7378

Before you select one of the options above, please carefully read the following:

  • DURING THE LOSS MITIGATION PROCESS HOMEQ WILL CONTINUE EFFORTS TO COLLECT THE AMOUNTS OWING ON YOUR LOAN(S).
  • The financial information you provide is extremely important. HomEq Servicing will make critical decisions regarding your account based on the information you provide.
  • Please collect your data materials prior to attempting to update your information– e.g., checking/savings account statements, W2 or 1099 forms, tax returns, mortgage statements, property tax bills, insurance information, credit card information, loans, monthly expenditure records, etc. This will make the process of completing the form online or over the phone easier and less time consuming.
  • When you submit the information, you’re attesting that it is true to the best of your knowledge. If a material change occurs to your financial situation after submitting the information online or by phone, you will need to immediately notify HomEq Servicing.
  • By submitting this information online or by phone, you are authorizing HomEq Servicing to make whatever inquiries it deems necessary to verify its accuracy.
  • Any material misrepresentations you make may result in immediate termination of any agreements made based on the information you provide.
