Art Lyon, President, HomEq Servicing
Art became HomEq’s president in January, 2002. He brings 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, including, most recently, 15 years in leadership roles for large national mortgage banking operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Texas Tech University, an MBA at The University of Texas at Austin, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Keith Becher, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Keith joined HomEq’s team in 2000. He has had 27 years experience in the mortgage services industry with such firms as Lomas Mortgage, STM Mortgage, Great Western Bank, First Gibralter Bank, First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation, Imperial Savings/Westland Mortgage Corporation, and Wachovia Corporation. Prior to his joining HomEq he was the Director of Operations for Consumer and Home Equity lending for large consumer banking operations.
