Servicemember's Civil Relief Act (SCRA)
HomEq Servicing is proud to be a participant in the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act was designed to assist those in the armed forces who have been called to active duty.

If eligible, you as our customer may receive a reduction in your mortgage interest rate to 6%.

Eligibility and Requirements
If you are an active member of our armed forces and you would like to see if you are eligible for the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act program, please submit a copy of your most current orders and a written request to see if you qualify for the program to:
