Getting Copies of Your Statement

You can request a copy of your most recent account statement online in a secure environment. Simply log in to get started. Or, register now if you currently do not have an online account. Once you’ve logged in, click the "Order Account and Interest Statements" link.

Or, you can call Customer Service at (877) 867-7378 (Toll Free), 5:00am to 5:30pm, PT, Monday through Friday, to request a duplicate copy of your most recent account statement.
