View or Request Your Payment History

Borrower:

You can view or print a copy of your payment history online, up to a maximum of 5 years. Simply log in to get started.  Or, register now if you currently do not have an online account. To request a history exceeding five years, please call Customer Service at (877) 867-7378 (Toll Free), 5:00am to 5:30pm, PT, Monday through Friday.

Third Party: Please fax your request, together with signed borrower authorization, to (916) 339-6958. If applicable, a fee may be assessed to the borrower’s account. Borrower authorization is valid for 60 days.

Processing Time: Requests received by 2:00pm, PT, will be completed by 6:00pm, PT. Requests received after 2:00pm, PT,  will be completed on the following business day. Please allow additional mail time to receive your payment history.
