Request a Payoff Statement

Borrower: You can request a payoff statement or quote on-line in a secure environment. Simply log in to get started. Or, register now if you currently do not have an online account. Once you've logged in, select the "Request Payoff Statement" link from the Online Mortgage Account Manager menu.

Or, you can call Customer Service at (877) 867-7378, 5:00am to 5:30pm, PT, Monday through Friday, or fax your request directly to (866) 483-9476.

Third Party: Please fax your request, along with borrower authorization signed and dated within the last 60 days, to (866) 483-9476.

Processing Time: Your payoff request received by 2:00pm, PT, will be completed within two to four business days of the date requested. For those requests with return mailing instructions, please allow an additional five to seven business days for mailing.

Verbal Payoff Quotes
A verbal payoff figure may be obtained after a written payoff statement has been produced. The verbal payoff figure will only be valid until the written quote expires.

Payoff Quote Fee: A processing fee of up to $30 may be assessed to your account for this service, in accordance with applicable law (up to $60 in NV).

*Please note that loan status (i.e., delinquent, bankruptcy or foreclosure) may delay the processing of a payoff quote.
