View or Request a Verification of Mortgage (VOM)

Borrower:

You can view or print a verification of mortgage online in a secure environment at no charge. Simply log in to get started. Or, register now if you currently do not have an online account. Once you've logged in, click the "Print a Verification of Mortgage" link.

Third Party: Please fax your request, together with signed borrower authorization, to (916) 339-6958. Borrower authorization is valid for 60 days. A processing fee of up to $10 may be assessed to the borrower's account, unless prohibited by the loan documents or applicable law.

Processing Time: Requests received by 2:00pm, PT, will be processed within two business days. VOM requests received after 2:00pm, PT, will be processed within three business days. If you have requested that the VOM be returned by mail, please allow an additional five to seven business days for mailing time.
