The free Automatic Payment Program (APP) is a quick and easy way to make your monthly payment - through automatic withdrawals from your checking or savings account.

- You select the date to have your payment withdrawn from your checking or savings account. You can even make your payment right before a late charge would normally be assessed.
- You have peace of mind knowing that your payments will arrive on time every month.
Two convenient ways to sign up for Automatic Payment Program:
- Complete, sign, print, and send the Automatic Payment Authorization Form
with a voided check or deposit slip for the banking account from which you want the payments to be automatically withdrawn. You may send these by fax to (916) 339-6986 or by mail to:

- Call Customer Service at (877) 867-7378. Please have your most recent account statement and checking or savings account information on hand when you call.
We will advise you by mail of the date the first payment will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account. Meanwhile, please continue to make your payments using one of our many other convenient payment options.
