Assisted Electronic Phone Payment

You can make a mortgage payment with the assistance of a HomEq associate.

Benefits:

• Eliminates mail delivery time and possibility of lost mail.
• Provides same-day credit to your HomEq account for payments made by 3:00pm, PT, Monday through Friday.
• Allows you to schedule a payment or payments for a date in the future.

For more information or to set up an Assisted Electronic Phone Payment transaction, please call (800) 795-5125 and have your checking account information available.  A fee of $15.00 may be assessed for each transaction unless prohibited by applicable law.

Note:  Payment transactions completed after 3:00pm, PT, or on a weekend or holiday, will be processed on the next business day or on the designated transaction date.  Payment transactions cannot be cancelled on the scheduled transaction date.
