Electronic Phone Payment

Benefits:

• Eliminates mail delivery time and possibility of lost mail.
• Provides same-day credit to your HomEq account for payments made by 3:00pm, PT, Monday through Friday.
• Service is available every day, around the clock, except during scheduled maintenance every Sunday from 7:30pm to 12:00am, PT.

Payment transactions made through the Electronic Phone Payment service and completed prior to 3:00pm, PT, on a business day, will be processed the same day.  Payment transactions completed after 3:00pm, PT, or on a weekend or holiday, will be processed on the next business day. 

By accessing HomEq’s Electronic Phone Payment service and completing the required information, you will be authorizing HomEq to debit the bank account you have designated for the defined payment amount.  Once authorized, the transaction cannot be cancelled by HomEq.  A fee of $7.50 may be assessed for each transaction unless prohibited by applicable law.
