Use Western Union Quick Collect®
You can use Western Union Quick Collect® to get your mortgage payment to us within minutes. You pay in cash at a Western Union location and they electronically route it to HomEq's payment center.
Benefits of Quick Collect:
- It’s fast. HomEq receives your payment within 15 minutes, which means you may save money on interest and possibly late charges or penalties.
- It’s secure. You will receive a tracking number (Money Transfer Control Number) as proof of your payment, which means you'll know that HomEq has received your payment.
- It’s economical. Western Union has reasonable rates, which means you save money over a certified check and/or overnight mail fees.
To Apply for Quick Collect:
You can fill out an application form at any Western Union location. You will need to know three items to fill out the Western Union Quick Collect® form correctly:
- The city code will be "HomEq"
- The state code will be CA ( California )
- Your Account Number
Call us at (800) 795-5125 for the name, address, phone number and the hours of operation for a Western Union agent in your area.
Other Key Information:
- Western Union charges a fee of $12.95 to process a Quick Collect payment.
- You must bring the amount you are paying in CASH (plus the $12.95 fee) to the Western Union facility.
- You must identify yourself as a Quick Collect customer.
- You must call HomEq after you make the transaction at (800) 795-5125 and provide us with the Money Transfer Control Number you received from Western Union.
- The cutoff time for same day Western Union payments is 4:00pm, PT, Monday through Friday.
